A minimum of 5 years (preferably 10+ or 15+ years) of hands‑on practical experience in civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering. Master's Degree is required. A Ph.D. degree is a valuable asset. Dams and hydroelectric industry experience is required. Oil and gas industry experience is required. Experience with concrete mix design is required.
