We are currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience with land development and design for our Poughkeepsie, NY location.

This demanding and fast paced position will require a personable candidate with extensive experience in managing projects. In addition, the position requires the management of a team of 3-4 civil engineers and associated mentoring of junior staff. The candidate is expected to manage project and junior staff schedules and ensure work is completed on time and within budget. Candidates are also expected to foster new business relationships and prospects. This position requires a deep and broad knowledge of engineering and extensive land development experience.
