- Lead multidisciplinary rail civil design and delivery (earthworks, formation, drainage, utilities, stations, grade separations) from options through IFC, ensuring constructability and safe delivery in brownfield, possession‑constrained corridors.
- Own design assurance and Safety in Design to MTM, V/Line, RPV and ARTC standards and ISO 9001, managing compliance, departures/concessions, verification, and close‑out of assurance evidence.
- Coordinate technical interfaces across track, structures, OHLE, signalling, roads and utilities, and secure third‑party and authority approvals to de‑risk interfaces and program.
- Plan and control scope, schedule, resources and budget; drive risk/opportunity and change control; support construction with staging/possession planning and timely TQ/RFI responses.
