Skills Required

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Design or a related discipline
• Proven experience in civil drafting for land development projects (preferably SEQ exposure)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Civil 12D
• Strong knowledge of Australian standards (AS/NZS 1170 series, AS 2159, AS 1742) and local council requirements
• Solid understanding of civil design principles (stormwater, sewer, water, roads, and earthworks)
• Ability to interpret survey data, engineering drawings, and geotechnical reports
• Experience producing high‑quality, detailed construction documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
