We are seeking an experienced and committed Senior Residential Support Worker to join our 3-bed Children's Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) Home in Sale. As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs, leading shifts, mentoring staff, and ensuring high-quality care is delivered consistently.
