Qualifications:
M. Sc. ( Organic Chemistry/ Chemistry) or B. Tech (Oils/Polymers/Pharma) with minimum 3 years of working experience in QA & QC and R&D function in the synthetic chemistry/ synthetic polymer chemistry or Oils & Fats industry.
Job Description:
Process Development for New & Existing Products:
Understand new product specifications with or without guidance from Sr. Manager & Director for developing new product/ process
Conduct laboratory trials & record the relevant observations
Suggest alternate methods of development based on past experience or data
Chemical analysis of new products
Taking pilot & plant scale trials at the plant & demonstrating & training of the Plant personnel for commercial production including testing of Raw materials, intermediates and final products, requirements of equipment, manpower, QCTo check if utilities and production infrastructure is adequate
Formal handover of product/ process to factory team
