Senior Chemical/Process Engineer

Syntra Refining Corp. is an advanced technology company specializing in critical mineral processing. The company is building a commercial‑scale facility in Halifax and seeks a Senior Chemical/Process Engineer to lead the scale‑up and commissioning of the proprietary SynCore technology.

Scope of Work

• Support scale‑up from operating pilot to continuous commercial operations, ensuring strict Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) and yield requirements.
• Act as the nexus between process chemists, automation/controls engineers and mechanical operators to ensure seamless system integration.
• Support external EPCM firms and equipment vendors, translating the core flowsheet into actionable industrial compliance and plant architecture.
