You will lead complex residential and commercial instructions, acting as a trusted adviser while managing technically demanding projects from inception to completion. You will combine professional judgement, commercial awareness and delivery ownership across multiple live projects. You will operate across building pathology, major works, compliance led reporting and strategic advisory work, contributing directly to client relationships and regional growth, with progression toward Associate level.
