As a Senior Change Manager in our Delivery & Change Centre of Excellence (CoE), you’ll play a key role in supporting our mission to build a better, faster safer bank by designing and executing strategies that support our people to adapt and thrive during change.

Using your exceptional stakeholder management skills and strong delivery experience, you will work with our Project Delivery teams and business stakeholders to create positive human centred change experiences for our customers and employees across a broad portfolio of strategically prioritised projects.
