Position Overview
The main purpose of the role is to lead cross‑functional improvement projects focused on services provided by the CBS, including new system implementations and continuous process improvement. Projects may be global, complex, and cross‑functional, spanning geographies and specialties (Finance, HR, Transition) and can also be managed as programs. The role requires the ability to lead a complete project cycle, including analysis of business requirements, development of business cases, building implementation and resource plans, and leading initiative execution and stabilization.
