Job Description

1. Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll Operation
● Execute the entire process of timekeeping, payroll, bonuses, and other allowances accurately and on time for local and expat members
● Handle related to mandatory SHUI, and manage other voluntary insurance and welfare program
● Perform declaration, reporting, and finalization of PIT in compliance with current law
● Handle labor contract process including assessment, renewal, termination
2. HR Process and Data Management
● Be responsible for Onboarding and Offboarding session
● Manage and archive HR files, including Labor Contracts, contract appendix, and HR decisions
● Ensure HR data on HR systems, physical files, Google Drive is always accurate, promptly updated, complete, and well-organized
3. Legal Compliance
● Drafting and reviewing HR Decisions, Procedures, Regulations, and Policies of the company to ensure compliance with managem...
