Senior Carer – Residential Home
Location: Norwich area, Norfolk
Pay Rate: £14.33 per hour (no paid breaks)
Hours: 42 hours per week, alternate weekends, Full-Time, Permanent
Start: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the care team on shift
• Deliver high‑quality personal and person‑centred care
• Administer and manage medication safely
• Support care planning, assessments, and accurate record‑keeping
• Mentor and guide junior care staff
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding requirements

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
• Previous senior care experience in a residential setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and person‑centred approach
