This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility in their working hours while still making a meaningful impact. You will lead care staff during night shifts, ensuring that residents receive high-quality, person-centred care in a respectful and safe setting.
Requirements:
+ NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (minimum), ideally Level 3.
+ Previous experience in a care environment, ideally in a supervisory role
+ A compassionate and professional approach
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
