Key Responsibilities
:Develop CNC Program s for VMC, HMC, Turn-Mill, and 4/5-axis machines using CAM software
.Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) provin g and validate machining accuracy on the shop floor
.Estimate machining hour s for new components and support costing teams with accurate cycle time data
.Optimize machining parameter s, tool selection, and cutting strategies to enhance productivity and tool life
