Job Summary:
This position must be able to answer calls and display expertise in all lines of business of the Ambulatory Call Center and present a positive, high level of service. The incumbent will become a Subject Matter Expert in a designated line of business and also assist the Team Leaders with training new staff as well as existing staff re-education to include quality assurance monthly. Additionally, this position will provide support to the Team Leaders with specific tasks related to advanced scheduling and callers needing additional assistance.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree and two (2) years of relevant health care or call center experience (preferably in a hospital or medical call center setting) or equivalent combination of education and experience PLUS one year experience as an Ambulatory Call Center Representative at Upstate University Hospital required.
