Job Description

Responsibilities




  • Prepare OTB, Seasonal buying plans, assortment strategy based on a thorough understanding of consumer, market trends and company business objectives

  • Formulate pricing strategies and discount promotion based on competitive analysis and market reviews

  • Regular review and tracking sales performance through creating timely and accurate weekly/ monthly sales report and analysis

  • Monitor stock level, merchandise allocation, sales and inventory to achieve seasonal sales and profit targets based on the business plan

  • Recommend and exploit potential products from market knowledge both online/ offline and data analysis

  • Develop ideas and strategies to improve online/offline efficiency

  • Monitor market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers
