Key Responsibilities and Tasks

• Demonstrate skills and knowledge in cloud and on‑premise renewal strategy, deal architecture, customer negotiation, internal navigation of commercial and legal teams, and lead successful renewal executions in on‑premise and cloud.
• Promote and evangelize the Maintenance Support offerings.
• Be the first line of support for customers seeking SAP policy‑based maintenance adjustments.
