The People & Culture division is responsible for helping to keep EnterpriseSG ahead of the curve. We do this by ensuring we have the right talent, and our people are growing, recognised and fulfilled.
What you will be working on
As (Senior) Business Partner, People & Culture (Talent Acquisition), you are responsible for building Enterprise Singapore's talent pipeline by attracting, recruiting, and onboarding topโtier professionals across diverse functions and seniority levels. You will develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to support EnterpriseSG's mission of growing Singapore enterprises and positioning Singapore as a global business hub, ensuring the organisation has the right talent to drive economic development initiatives.
