GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is an interdependent member of the analytics community who helps build a data driven culture within the Henry Ford Health and Health Alliance Plan. Working cross collaboratively, the Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst gathers data, generates reports, and provides actionable interpretation of information to customers. They are comfortable and effective working with and presenting information to customers at all levels, including but not limited to executives, physicians, clinical staff, peers, and external oversight/regulatory bodies. They develop comprehensive routine and ad-hoc reports and implement new or improved reporting processes to support strategic goals or key operations.
