Overview

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for translating complex data into clear, compelling visual outputs that drive decision making across the CDR and broader Client Data ecosystem. This role owns the design and delivery of Tableau dashboards, executive PowerPoint decks, and management reporting materials for senior leadership, steering committees, and program stakeholders.

This is not a back-end data engineering role. The primary focus is on the communication layer: taking data, shaping it into a narrative, and presenting it in a way that lands with both technical and non-technical audiences. You will pull your own data using SQL and Excel, but the majority of your time will be spent designing dashboards, building polished presentations, and ensuring that the team's analytical work is packaged and communicated at a senior leadership standard.
