SUMMARY:
Lead and manage the end-to-end process of eliciting, analysing, validating, and documenting business requirements to ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment with stakeholder expectations of Business Integrations.
Develop comprehensive business case documents, including problem statements, cost-benefit analysis, risk assessments, and value realisation outcomes to support informed decision-making and oversee and provide governance throughout the solution design and implementation process to ensure that systems and technology solutions are delivered in accordance with approved business requirements, quality standards, and project timelines.
