Senior Business Analyst – HCD, CX

  • Senior Business Analyst – HCD, CX
  • 6 Months Contract (with a view to extension) with Tier 1 Bank
  • Location – Melbourne (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days in the office)
  • The daily rate being offered is up to $1000, including superannuation.
  • Looking for a Business focused BA with experience in continuous improvement methodologies and be able to identify areas for process enhancement.
  • Must have experience in enhancing the customer experience in the banking industry and will possess the ability to work in a Scrum environment, wearing the hat of a Scrum Master for business activities such as sprint planning and stand-ups.
  • We value team collaboration and are looking for someone who can facilitate communication and cooperation amongst team members
