Required Background

• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology or related

• 5-8 years of solid BA experience in Financial Services

• Life Insurance or Bancassurance required

• Practical experience in Agile delivery

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Clear English communication across all business levels

• Good facilitation and influencing skills — must work effectively across a large org and build cross-functional relationships

• High attention to detail; ability to adapt to fast-paced, shifting priorities

• Strong core BA competencies and interpersonal skills

• Elicit and model business requirements/user stories
