The business has come a long way from their modest beginnings as a building surveying practice established back in 1977. Over the last 44 years, they have grown and become a major provider of integrated design, property and construction consultancy services.
Flexible working is offered with three days per week office commitments required.
The Role: They are seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor who is capable managing public sector housing projects through their entire lifecycle, from initial inception to final completion.
Reporting into the Senior Manager, you will work across a full range of Building Surveying services including structural surveys & acquisition inspections of buildings, building defects analysis, writing specifications, contract administration, preparing/submitting applications for s...
