Responsibilities

* Lead Building Surveying projects from inception through completion

* Manage contract administration across public sector housing instructions

* Undertake surveys, inspections, defect analysis, and technical reporting

* Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities

* Support and direct junior team members across project delivery

Requirements

* Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline

* MRICS Chartered status or equivalent preferred

* Strong consultancy-based Building Surveying experience
