**PURPOSE:**
This position is responsible for the lead in planning and optimization of integrated advertising and marketing campaigns to support corporate strategic initiatives.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**

+ Builds the plan for specific campaignsincluding the timing, messaging, and appropriate channels. Establishes best practices and performance baselines for all campaign tactics. Translates market trends and market analysis to align brand across teams. Leads efforts to measure the impact of the brand on company sales performance. Defines advertising objectives, campaigns, and budgets by studying marketing plans; consulting with product and market managers.
