Job Description

Senior Brand Manager – Innovation & Beverage

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • A seasoned Marketer who has had substantial end-to-end experience in New Product Development (NPD), from ideation to launch.
  • FMCG (food and beverages) experience is a must.
  • Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal English, is a must.
  • Candidate must be okay with our current work set-up (4D WOS, 1D WFH)

    • JOB OBJECTIVE:

  • The Senior Brand Manager for Innovation is responsible for ideating, developing and validating new products for the Philippine market in the assigned category/segment.
  • To build a pipeline based on consumer insights in line with the Equity/Brand growth strategy.
  • To assist Category manager in managing the growth and profitability of the brand / brands assigned to him / her in accordance with the company’s strategic thrust and objectives.
