**Senior Bookkeeper / CPA**
**Fully Remote**
**Full-Time | Monday to Friday**9 am to 6 pm PST with 1-hour lunch.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accurately record and categorize financial transactions in **QuickBooks Online**-Maintain work duties in the software Keeper and Karbon
- Conduct and manage **month-end closing**processes and reconciliations. -Perform **financial reviews**to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Respond to client queries and provide ongoing **client support**via Gmail and virtual meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting workflows.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the team.
**Requirements**:
- **CPA certification**preferred (or equivalent professional accounting designation)
- Minimum **3 years of relevant experience**in bookkeeping or accounting -Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI.
