- Design and draft MEP layouts, sectional details, plant room drawing and space management plans
- Create and update BIM models based on Tender drawings and corrigendum
- Creating and managing Revit project file for the ACMV system using company's standard as specified in the BIM execution plan
- Generate shop drawings from BIM model
- Lead a team of Modellers and monitor the BIM model deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication purpose
- Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedule
- Excellent attention to details, final checking of models for accuracy prior to issue making modifications or directing subordinates where required
- Attend BIM model co-ordination meetings as required and when required attend meeting via video conference with the project team and report on work process
