Job Description
Job Highlights:
- Local Contractor for more than 40 years of establishment
- Successful candidates will be assigned to a new multi-million healthcare project.

- Design and coordinate for Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) system
- Prepare as-built drawings, shop drawings in 3D BIM Models of ACMV systems and authorities’ submission.
- Document submission of technical data, shop drawings etc.
- Ensure the models align with the local regulatory standards and meet the requirements of the BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria
- Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform
- Coordinate with the design/project team on ventilation rates, duct sizing, pipe sizing, and equipment selection.
- Conduct clash detection and coordinate with other services
