Job Description
Salary: Circa £40k - £60k
Location: Remote (with travel across UK)
About the Role
We are looking for Bid and Senior Bid Writers to join our central Business Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality written submissions across our four practice areas: Employability, Health, Education & Skills, and Economic Development.
You will work closely with subject matter experts, delivery teams and external partners to shape compelling, evaluator-focused responses. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the quality, clarity and coherence of submissions, ensuring our bids clearly communicate Fedcap UK’s delivery model and wider group capability.
