Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of baristas, providing training and guidance to ensure consistent drink preparation and excellent customer service.
• Oversee the daily operations of the coffee bar, ensuring the highest standards of beverage quality and customer service.
• Develop and implement innovative coffee and tea-based menu items to enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure the coffee bar is well-maintained, clean, and organized at all times.
• Assist with the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and increase customer loyalty.
