About the role

The Senior Back-End Developer will report directly to the VP of Technology and work closely with the development team. In this role, you will take a lead in designing and implementing user-facing features, optimizing application performance, and ensuring a seamless and accessible user experience across platforms.

• Ensure best practices in software development.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to discuss the needs, design, and functionality of a website or interface.
