Senior Audit Analyst (Finance Leadership Development Program)

Program Overview

Multi‑year rotational program across Finance, with first rotation in Internal Audit lasting approximately 12–18 months.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end‑to‑end audit engagements — planning, testing, reporting, and presenting findings.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and risk management.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand operations, challenges, and emerging risks.
• Participate in projects to implement agentic AI and robotic process automation to gain efficiencies in audit & internal controls workstreams.
• Support data‑driven audit approaches using modern tools and techniques.
• Gain a 360‑degree view of the organization, setting a strong foundation for future rotations.
