Senior Associate/Special Counsel - Public Law & Regulatory Compliance (Sydney)

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate/Special Counsel to join our Public Law & Regulatory Compliance team in Sydney.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing legal advice and representation to aged care providers, as well as the peak body and providers of services to the aged care industry.
• Advice concerning regulatory compliance with the Commonwealth Aged Care Law scheme.
• Representation in litigation matters including coronial inquests, NCAT proceedings and court proceedings.
• Drafting regulatory compliance templates such as agreements, policies and procedures.
• Mentor and supervise lawyers and graduates; steward team capability and utilisation; contribute to recruitment; champion quality, knowledge management and cyber security best practice.
