The Senior Associate is responsible for overseeing end-to-end property operations and asset performance for the Project. The role ensures efficient site operations, strong service delivery standards, effective stakeholder coordination, and optimal financial and operational performance of the asset.

This position acts as a key liaison between Management, Property and Facilities Management teams, Finance departments, and external service providers. It is accountable for ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and internal operational standards while driving occupancy, cost efficiency, and service quality.

The role requires strong expertise in property and asset management, leasing operations, financial oversight, and contract management, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive continuous performance improvements across all service areas.
