**Job Description**

In this role, the Senior Associate – Program Management will lead ETS (Enterprise Technology Services) Welcome programs for India, including ETS Welcome and New Leader Welcome, as part of the global Talent Excellence Talent Operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring new colleagues and leaders joining ETS in India have a welcoming onboarding experience, access to key resources, and the support needed to successfully begin their journey at American Express.

**Responsibilities**

+ Manage and deliver the ETS Welcome Program for all new ETS India colleagues including live welcome calls, communications, and all follow ups
+ Coordinate and facilitate the New Leader Welcome program for all new people leaders in ETS in India and the UK on a recurring cadence
