Job Description:

The Sr. Associate, Procurement position is responsible for acquiring goods and services from suppliers, receiving the right quality, in the right quantity, at the right time, for the right value, from the right source to optimize business performance. The selected candidate will ensure that L3Harris is compliant with all government and agency laws and regulations.

Essential Functions:

  • Execute all aspects of the Procurement acquisition process from proposal stage through Program award and execution. To include:Generation of Requests for Proposals.Proposal evaluations.Source selections.Negotiations.Additions, deletions, or modifications to procurements.File documentation.Ensuring compliance with all internal and Government FAR/DFAR/DPAS/CPSR Procurement Regulations.Change management.Invoice approvals.Dispute resolution.Procurement close-out.
