DUTIES:

+ Frame research approaches and direct and manage projects in team environment to produce written analyses used in litigation, regulatory proceedings, international arbitration, and consulting engagements.
+ Develop statistical, econometric, and other quantitative data analysis and oversee analysis performed by Research Analysts.
+ Draft reports that summarize and explain the results of analytical work performed, using clear and concise writing that presents technical concepts in a manner accessible to noneconomists.
+ Responsible for project management, including keeping the client informed of new developments and responding to client requests.
+ Responsible for overseeing the final work product for the following: reports, client memos, proposals, presentations, data requests, interrogatories, and expert witness testimony in a litigation and non-litigation environment.
