Key Responsibilities

Supporting our clients on multiple projects on research and Analytics related to Modeling:

• Building financial models including DCF, LBO, football field valuation as the core deliverable across client engagements
• Analysing debt maturity profiles, refinancing requirements, and covenant headroom
• Supporting restructuring workstreams through covenant headroom analysis and downside case modelling
• Supporting pitch books, information memoranda, and teasers with both model-derived outputs and written content
• Conducting comparable company, precedent transactions, and debt comparable analysis
• Producing industry and macroeconomic research notes and periodic market updates
• It would involve engaging clients independently on calls and e-mails

Key Qualification and Competencies
