Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy customer feedback surveys using Qualtrics for relationship, transactional, and ad hoc research requirements.
• Ensure survey logic, routing, targeting, question flow, and response capture are accurate before launch.
• Extract, clean, validate, and organize raw customer feedback data from survey platforms and related reporting sources.
• Support the development and maintenance of live customer experience dashboards that track NPS, CSAT, resident satisfaction, and other CX indicators.
