How the role sits within the organization

Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Action, the role will be part of the firm’s Corporate Action Middle Office team that is tasked to provide Front Office on all facets of Corporate Action support across Asia Pacific, and serve as the subject matter expert and main point of contact between Front Office & other Operations teams in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct processing of all Corporate Action events for Equities, Fixed Income and Derivatives (especially Warrants) products

Ensure proper decisions on voluntary events are to be confirmed and collected from Front Office and client
