Our client is a well-known international restaurant group opening multiple venues across Victoria and nationally.

This will be a busy, high-performing restaurant from day one, so you’ll need to be ready to hit the ground running.

We’re looking for a Senior Assistant Restaurant Manager to help run a brand-new restaurant. You’ll work alongside the Restaurant General Manager to lead the team, make sure the restaurant runs smoothly, and deliver a great experience for every guest. This is a hands-on role where your leadership and energy will make a real difference.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has minimum 2 years’ management experience in quick service or casual dining
• Demonstrates strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
