Oversee functions and activities of day-to-day M&E systems and prepare a systematic approach to repair, maintenance and improvement work. Develop, implement, review and maintain the maintenance regime and processes review processes and implement improvement to building services. Oversees the works carried out by the outsourced contractors and to ensure minimal disruption to the building operation. Attend all monthly meetings with the Employer and be physically present on-site during emergencies unless obtained the prior permission from the Employer to absent himself/ herself from the meeting or emergencies, and that an authorised representative will be attending on his/her behalf.
