Job Description
Job Title: Senior Asset Manager - Hospital Setting
Location: Hartford, Connecticut
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $165,000.00
Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite
Overview
The Asset Manager IV will be responsible to work with a set of company customers to review energy usage and strategies in order to implement the best practices. This will include directly managing the O&M of the CEP for the campus, working with, and mentoring the owner's staff on the O&M and energy usage of multiple facilities as part of a greater campus effort.
Responsibilities
+ Manage the operations and maintenance of the Central Energy Plant (CEP) for a hospital campus, including overseeing subcontractors, operators, and internal service providers.
