We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Applied AI Software Engineer to join the Delight engineering team. Delight is a scrappy, founder-led team operating at startup velocity within Simpro.

This is not a maintenance role. You will own backend-heavy production systems and AI-driven workflows from day one, making real architectural decisions with real consequences. You must bring an aggressive ownership mindset, a bias for shipping, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
