Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer with strong expertise in retail banking systems, card platforms (credit/debit), and solid technical skills in Java and SQL. The candidate will be responsible for supporting critical banking applications, ensuring system stability, and providing timely resolution to production issues.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide L2/L3 production support for retail banking and card-related applications

  • Monitor application health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability

  • Investigate and resolve incidents related to credit/debit card processing systems
