What You'll Do Lead, deliver technical design, configuration, and development activities for SaaS/Oracle HCM projects. Develop and optimize Fast Formulas, value sets, lookups, and custom logic to meet client requirements. Build and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports, dashboards, and analytics. Design and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP services, and file-based integrations. Create, validate, and load data using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Extracts. Work closely with functional teams to ensure accurate translation of functional rules into technical solutions. Participate in solution architecture discussions and contribute to best-practice frameworks. Support SIT/UAT cycles through defect resolution, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
