**About your role:**

This role provides advanced analytical and operational leadership to strengthen execution discipline, data accuracy, and operational governance across the multi-Branded Footwear & Equipment Product Development organization. The Senior Analyst owns defined analytical and operational workstreams end-to-end, independently governs complex data and reporting environments, and anticipates execution risks before they impact delivery. Acting as a key partner to the Governance & Operations team, Product Development teams, and platform partners, the role influences ways of working, ensures decision-ready insights, and drives continuous improvement across Product Development operations.
