We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst - Payroll & Continuous Improvement– Mexico (SAP) to join our Mexico payroll operations team. This is a hands-on, critical role responsible for accurate, timely, and compliant processes related to Mexico payroll using SAP. The position will play a key role in supporting a complex payroll vendor (Strada) implementation and will continue as a critical operational role post‑go‑live, primarily supporting the continued evolution of the LATAM payroll operating model. The role will initially focus on stabilizing and optimizing Mexico payroll operations on a standardized SAP-based platform, working closely with the payroll vendor (Strada) and internal stakeholders.
